Angela Hyde
An authority in the fields of learning and development, leadership, and performance management, Angela Hyde has more than 20 years experience helping FTSE 100 business leaders get more from their organisations, their people and themselves.
For eight years she was the VP HR Global Learning and Development in AstraZeneca where she had two main accountabilities:
Working with the CEO and senior executive team and her HR colleagues to support senior leadership in the organisation in creating the culture and values of the organisation and delivering business outcomes
Leadership of the learning and development strategy globally to ensure delivery of added value L&D interventions to the global business
She is now enjoying a portfolio career blending her HR consulting work with a range of voluntary roles in the education and health sectors.
Angela combines postgraduate qualification with extensive experience in Training & Development, Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. She is a fully qualified user of a range of diagnostic tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo-B and Emotional Intelligence. She operates as a committed, values-driven and organisationally aware individual. Angela has particular expertise in working with professionals and technical specialists helping them make the transition to leadership roles where they need to have a wider impact on people.
As a new NED of Faraday, Angela is looking forward to using her business experience to support Faraday’s continued success.
