So, given the wide diversity of our Associates’ skills, experience and expertise - as well as cultural backgrounds, we give the structuring of our contract teams very careful consideration.

We decide the combination of lead consultant and consultants – and Director even –on the basis of each individual contract, to ensure the optimum complement of expertise, experience, skills and personalities to meet project objectives.

In some cases, we might choose a team to focus on challenging and probing attitudes ; in other cases, a team which offers a greater emphasis on process.
