Our first priority is always to fully understand your priorities and goals. We spend time with you exploring your specific objectives and the impacts you expect a programme to have. Our examination of your objectives is deep and likely to require meetings with potential participants to gain a better understanding of their perspective and declared needs.

We recommend a steering group be formed for major projects, comprising yours and our contract managers, a representative group of participants, and other internal key stakeholders. This group maintains a watching brief over the programme and is the first audience for any evaluation work.

We expect to be closely involved with your internal team throughout the design phase. As a minimum, we require one initial meeting to set objectives and finalise the brief for the design and a further meeting to approve the final design.

We establish documented procedures with specific performance criteria for each strand of activity in any project. In doing so, we will consult fully with you to agree these procedures prior to their implementation.

In addition, we would hope to meet with you to review the initial evaluation of the first phase of the programme, and again, periodically, to review the evaluation outcomes. Interim communication, of course, regarding both the administration and the delivery of the programme, is frequent.
