Evaluation at Faraday is not a stand-alone part of our programmes, it is – like transparency and accountability - intrinsic at every stage.

We always :

	establish concise, assessable objectives and outcomes for each phase of the programme on commencement of any contract
	consult fully with you to agree specific performance criteria for each strand of activity in any programme
	review the first phase against objectives through a representative steering group, which is invited to maintain a watching brief
	regularly assess performance against agreed benchmarks in our internal review meetings - progress reports are provided as required by the client

Continual evaluation enables us to be highly responsive to your needs, to ensure we are delivering the best.

Wherever possible, we will use your own established evaluation procedures and propose methods for following up longer-term outcomes.
