Overall accountability for every contract is assigned to one of Faraday’s Directors.

This Director is responsible for structuring the delivery team, and details of the key consultants are given to the client in the specification for their final approval. Day to day management of each contract is assigned to a lead consultant, generally drawn from our Leadership Group.

The lead Director and consultant, along with key programme consultants are responsible for programme design, together with the client. Although the lead Director is infrequently involved in programme delivery, she provides an independent perspective at regular review meetings with all the key consultants to monitor its successful implementation.

Where appropriate, you may require first-line contacts for different elements of a programme, but our internal procedures ensure you will always get a swift response to any query or request, regardless of the operational level.

We have clear systems for contract management and any areas or issues considered to be of high sensitivity, are subject to strict checklists and sign-off procedures.

In addition to specified targets, as a matter of course, we record activity rates as part of our standard account management practice.

All key delivery documents (such as outlines, reports, workshop/course materials) will be co-designed or double-checked by one of the lead partners.
