More than anything, we want our programmes to succeed in meeting your objectives.

And our quality assurance is based on four simple principles.

Partnership : we work in partnership with you, at every stage, to ensure your objectives frame and drive everything we do

Transparency : we are happy to discuss anything – the selection of personnel, programme design, all and any evaluation feedback, and key decisions – frankly and openly with you, so you know we are doing what’s best

Accountability : you will always know exactly who is accountable for the successful delivery of our programmes, and be able to reach them whenever you need them

Evaluation : evaluation is woven into the fabric of our programmes, so we can all be confident, at every stage, that a programme is on track, that any necessary modifications can be made, that your objectives are being met

And, if all else fails, we have a clear complaints procedure.

We’re less confident about this – it’s never been used.
