The Faraday imprint is distinctive : we are a remarkably cohesive organisation.  

  Faraday believes in honesty, and self-honesty as the foundation for everything.
  We practise what we preach - or try to. Creating behavioural change isn’t a theoretical exercise : it has to be lived, it has to spring from experience.  
  Clearly, our work is firmly based on theoretical models - the classics, as well as an assortment of innovative methodologies. But models are always only idealisations - and we work with reality.
  We value the person. The individual is the building block of the organisation. The individual drives the organisation. We work with the individual, so the individual can work with the organisation.
