Stephen Burt is an executive coach and consultant with first hand knowledge of the leadership and management challenges faced by senior executives. Before becoming a coach he worked in the public sector for over 20 years. He joined the civil service after working in local government and held a range of high profile senior posts within the Department for Education and Skills and the Government Office for the South East.
Stephen trained as a coach with The Coverdale Organisation and the School of Coaching at the Work Foundation. Stephen’s clients say that working with him is challenging, supportive and enjoyable. They value his focus on action as well as his perceptiveness and deep interest in helping them to develop and grow. Much of his work deals with the practical challenges of leadership and personal effectiveness. Stephen looks to develop with his clients a shared commitment to achievement and growth, and a restless creativity in pursuing it.
