Andy Dimbleby has over 30 years experience in a variety of operational roles in the private sector. In his most recent executive appointments he has led teams of senior managers who have successfully transformed the culture of their businesses into results oriented customer focussed operations that created exciting and challenging opportunities for staff to grow.

Andy has proved that people really are an organisation’s greatest asset when they have a positive and supportive environment, strong leadership, clear direction and a management style that helps them find the resources to succeed. A Chartered Insurance Practitioner by profession and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Andy is a certified NLP practitioner and licensed MBTI practitioner. He is committed to helping others identify and acknowledge their own unique gifts and realise their true potential.

Examples of current and recent work include coaching the UK Chief Executive of an international Loss Adjuster, observation and coaching within development centres for managers in central government departments and observation and evaluation at assessment centres for a number of Police Authorities.
