Adrian Trotter joined Faraday in 2002 and has over twenty years experience developing teams and individuals at all levels in a variety of roles. His corporate career spanned sales, operations, process improvement and project management. He has held a number of senior management positions in the financial services sector, insurance and banking.
His key strengths lie in supporting teams and individuals during change. He has a passion for delivering the best in the best possible way to customers and this consistently underlies his approach. He has great skill in designing process that deliver, and clarity when it comes to seeing exactly where processes can be improved. As an independent consultant he draws on these skills to create, develop and deliver programmes that develop leadership, encourage and enable people to take responsibility for processes, and keep the organisation’s focus firmly on its customers.
Adrian is authorised to use psychometric instruments such as the MBTI, holds the Association of Project Management’s Professional Qualification and he is currently completing his MA in Coaching and Mentoring. His coaching and facilitating style is reflective, supportive and enabling, assisting people in realising their potential. Adrian believes that most people are able to achieve most things in life given the right level of support and considers that learning should be enjoyable.
