Our story
“The RPA’s leadership and development unit had been considering a leadership programme for some time. Their previous experience had not been at all positive - so they approached the appointment process very cautiously.
We had never worked specifically in the context of downsizing before. People knowing that, in the next 18 months, they would have to make a choice that could potentially affect the rest of their lives. The programme we designed for RPA was totally unique – like all our programmes.
People come on the programme full of expectations about management development, but they get something very different. In essence, we offer the possibility for personal transformation, but it’s extremely grounded and business orientated.
One of the Board directors said to us recently : “I’m seeing people come back differently. They’re coming up to me – and demanding more from me. The evidence is on the ground.”
